Harry Potter Wedding Inspiration Shoot

What do you get when you take a clean and classic approach to wedding style and inject a whole lot of magic? It’s definitely this Harry Potter-inspired shoot! Some of our favorite elements from the Potter universe were featured in these details, like the watercolor patronus artwork in the invites. The model bride wore a unique two-piece gown with a high-neck lace top, and her wedding bouquet was full of white flowers of all shapes and sizes and soft, muted greenery.

The reception tables featured Harry Potter decor ranging from subtle (for example the candle centerpieces inspired by the Great Hall) to iconic, like the Platform 9 3/4 table number. Even Hedwig was included in the fun with white feather place cards and owl glasses at each place setting! Pops of copper and pearl popped against the gray, gold, and white color scheme and brought the design together. A matching marbled cake was topped with – what else? – the symbol of the Deathly Hallows. We love the mysterious dry ice drinks that look like actual magical potions. Make sure you don’t miss the bit of real magic among these photos – a floating ring shot!
