Nestled in beautiful Winter Park, Casa Feliz is full of historical character that is perfect for a wedding. Bride and groom, Chelsea and Mike fell in love with the venue. Adding delicate blush, white and greenery to the decor, they created a romantic vibe to enhance the atmosphere instead of competing with it.
The couple is very close to their families and wanted to include them throughout the day. Chelsea began her day getting ready with her adorable fur baby. This little pup even dressed for the occasion with a pretty floral collar. Since they both were very close to grandparents, they wanted to honor them on their wedding day. Chelsea wore a beautiful string of pearls her grandmother gave to her mom on her wedding day, as well as a ring her grandfather gave to her grandmother before they were married. They also had a memorial to honor those that were not able to share in their special day. Another very special detail came from Chelsea’s father. He wrote and recorded the song for their father/daughter dance!
What was Chelsea’s favorite part of her wedding day?
“It was heartwarming to see the smile that was just plastered on Mike’s face the entire day but also incredible to get to just have a great time with our favorite people!”
From Bride, Chelsea:
What advice would you give other couples about the wedding planning process?
“Enjoy it! Make sure you’re truly comfortable with your vendors (especially your photographer since you’ll be with them all day!) and definitely work with a wedding planner (or at least a day of coordinator)”
