Term of Use Agreement

The following is the terms and conditions for vendors and users of Orange Blossom Bride (hereinafter called OBB), available at www.orangeblossombride.com. By using the website, both vendors and users agree to the terms laid out in the following terms. OBB reserved the right to revise these terms without prior notice and any revisions will come into effect as soon as they are posted. Any revisions will take effect immediately after being posted to the website. These terms of use may not be revised or change by a vendor or user.

Vendor Services/Listings

OBB is an online wedding resource for the Central Florida area. We provide inspiration through local photographs of local engagement shoots, weddings, and styled shoots. We do not guarantee or provide the services or goods of any vendor listed on the site, nor do we guarantee the accuracy of the information provided on each vendors listing page. It is the users responsibility to contact and determine whether or not they would like to hire a vendor. In addition, OBB does not endorse any vendor, nor do we guarantee the quality of their services and/or goods. Vendor listings should be used as a guide to selection. Any transaction for goods and/or services is strictly between the vendor and the user. OBB will not be held responsible for any issues with a vendor.

Application Process

Our goal is to provide Central Florida brides with the best local vendors that fit with the style and look of OBB. Each interested vendor is required to complete an application with accurate information. We hold the right to accept/reject vendors for any reason or no reason at all. Vendors will receive an email within 48-72 hours of application submission, unless we are out of the office for an extended period. In which case, a courtesy email will be sent. If vendor application is accepted, a welcome email will be sent and information requested will be required within 10 days. After review of information, any fees will need to be paid in full within 3 days for listing/advertisement to be published.

Vendor Agreement

As a vendor listing on OBB, you acknowledge that the information given to us is accurate. You also acknowledge that any photographs provided have been done so with the permission of the photographer and any other vendors involved. Failure to properly identify vendors may cause removal of listing and/or advertisement and forfeit of any fee that had been pre-paid in contract. Vendors also acknowledge that photographs provided are of their work and not an “idea” of what they can do. OBB uses several marketing strategies to bring user to our website and social media pages. However, we do not guarantee any leads or bookings through on website. As a listing vendor, you acknowledge the right of OBB to use your information and pictures submitted on our website and through social media outlets, including Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram, for advertisement of both OBB and the vendor who submitted the information.

Vendor Fees

Vendor fees will be paid quarterly, semiannually, or annually and will require a signed contract, either written or electronic. Advertisement space with OBB will be on a three/six month basis and paid in three/six month increments and will also require a signed contract, either written or electronic. Vendors will need to sign a new contact for renewal of listing and/or advertisement at least 5 days before expiration date. Any fees due will not be charged until the day after the expiration date. If a vendor does not renew listing or advertisement by the expiration date of contact, OBB holds the right to remove listing and/or advertisement from website. If you believed that you have been charged by OBB in error you have 60 days from the date of the charge to contact us at [email protected]. Any charge that is more than 60 days old will not be issued a refund.

Early Termination

If a vendor requests their listing or advertisement to be removed from OBB website, there will not be any refund given for the remainder of the contact. OBB will have to have a written letter with vendor signature request removal from the site.

Use of OBB Information

Any use of OBB’s logo, domain name, content, for monetary/vendor promotion will require approval from OBB. Users and vendors may not claim any content as their own. Any violation of this could result in removal of listing and/or advertisement and/or legal action. In this case, vendor forfeits any remainder of fees that had been prepaid in their contract.

Copyright Infringement

All images and information provided by vendors are posted with the knowledge of owners/participants as given by the vendor. If you believe that your work has been taken and used by another vendor without your permission, please contact us at [email protected] and will investigate the concern.

Electronic Communication

The majority of communication between OBB and vendors/users will be held via email. Any information given via email will be considered binding. We hold the right to keep any communications between us and the vendor for administrative, training, and legal purposes. WE WILL NEVER GIVE OR SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO A THIRD PARTY.

Submissions of Engagement Shoots, Real Weddings, and Styled Shoots.

We are always looking for local engagement shoots, real weddings, and styled shoots. These items can be submitted following the criteria on our website. All vendors provided will be acknowledged as participants. It is the responsibility of the vendor/user submitting the work to provide this information. OBB is not responsible for any exclusions of vendors. If there is a dispute or copyright of work, please contact us at, [email protected], and we will address the issue. Vendor/user will receive an email of acceptance/rejection of the submission within 7-14 business days. OBB is not an exclusive blog, but we do ask that you make it known if you have submitted to other blogs. With any submission accepted, the vendor acknowledges the use of information and photographs by OBB for advertisement, content, and social media. If a photograph is used out of context of the submitted work, photographers and any other vendor associated with the photograph will be credited. If a vendor decides to no longer list or advertise with OBB, their work will no longer be linked. However, credit will be given. Vendor also acknowledges that any photos/work used in advertisement, content, and social media will still be used, with credit given to owner, even if the vendor(s) are not listing and/or advertising with OBB.

Facebook “OBB Vendor” Closed Group

As part of membership, OBB provides vendors with access to a closed Facebook group, called OBB Vendors. This group is only for members and is a resource for vendors to find out about local bridal and marketing events. This group is meant for informational purposes only. We are not affiliated with any organization listed and do not endorse them in anyway. OBB Vendors Facebook group should be used as a starting point for information provided. We do not guarantee that the links provided will work or that the information is accurate. Since any event that is created through the group is not affiliated with the organization, it is the vendor’s responsibility to RSVP through the organization NOT through OBB Vendors.

Event Listings

The events section of the OBB website provides users with information of local wedding industry events. As part of membership, OBB vendors are able to list any events, showcases, etc. that they would like brides to attend. However, we do not guarantee attendance to event advertised. It is the responsibility of the vendor to submit accurate information and OBB will not hold responsibility for misinformation.

Amendments

OBB reserve the right to amend, change, this terms of use agreement at any time without notice. It is the responsibility of the vendor to know and understand the requirements and terms of OBB.
