Minimalist City Hall Elopement in Downtown Orlando

This year has changed the way we celebrate weddings. However, couples are still wanting to get married, even if that means the celebration looks a little different from what was originally planned. Elopements have become extremely popular as some couples are selecting to get married and celebrate later.

For this inspiration shoot, the vendor team wanted to capture a stylish city hall wedding. The model bride and groom headed to City Hall in Downtown Orlando to exchange their wedding vows and make it official. They then headed a few city blocks to The Balcony Orlando in Downtown Orlando, Florida for an intimate dinner complete with a small wedding cake for dessert. You can see more about the vendor team’s inspiration below.

From Photographer, Alexandra Michele Photography:

Our couple wouldn’t want Covid-19 to stop their love for each other and their commitment to marriage. We decided to take a simple City hall wedding and make it fashionable. We started at City Hall, our couple expressed their modern and trendy style with sleek suits and a simple rose bouquet. We walked to the venue which was Downtown Orlando, The Balcony. Before we got there, our couple stopped at a local bar to grab their favorite To-Go beverages. Once we arrived at the venue, our couple had a small reception with a modern, industrial-inspired tablescape. Keeping some wedding traditions alive along with the simplicity of an elopement.
