When the bride is a local wedding calligrapher, you know the details will be beautiful! Andi of Andi Mejia and her groom Tyler wanted to create a dreamy and elegant wedding but keep it laid back and fun for their wedding guests. The outdoor ceremony and reception space at Mackay Gardens in Lake Alfred, FL was the perfect setting to do just that!
The wedding color palette they selected was blush and dusty blue with pops of contrast in the greenery. From the invitation suite to the ice cream bar and everything in between, their color palette and Andi’s calligraphy talents were showcased throughout the celebration.
One of the most important things for the couple was that they didn’t stress the details. They wanted to make sure that they actually enjoyed the wedding planning process, as well as their wedding day with their closest family and friends. Andi says that hiring wedding planner Amanda of For the Love of Events was such a help in making this happen!
